Optional add on
Over time infill settles and washes out, leaving turf flat and slow to drain. We add fresh infill to bring back the cushion, keep the blades standing tall, and restore proper drainage.
Lock in a recurring turf maintenance plan and save. We keep your artificial grass fresh and odor free all year, guaranteed.
Your Quarterly plan repeats our Total Restore cleaning every 3 months for a year. Your turf stays fresh and odor free, and you save 20%.

Artificial turf is low maintenance, not no maintenance. In Arizona, a little regular care goes a long way.
Urine residue collects deep in the infill and, in our heat, starts to smell. Routine enzyme treatment stops odor before it sets in.
Valley dust storms and seasonal debris leave turf dull, gritty, and dusty. Regular grooming keeps it looking freshly installed.
Foot traffic and pets press the blades flat over time. Power brooming stands them back up so your lawn looks full and lush.
Dust and fines clog the backing's drainage holes, causing puddles and slow drainage. A flush keeps water, and urine, moving through.
Your turf is a surface your family and animals live on. A real clean keeps it genuinely fresh and safe, not just good looking.
Consistent care extends the life and appearance of your turf, protecting the money you put into a beautiful lawn.
